QUANTAL INTERNATIONAL (1998-1999) InvestIQ Online Services Planned and developed Internet services for financial sites; primarily for risk portfolio management. The development included market plans for: risk analytic services, Value at Risk models and stock asset administration. The company developed high-end financial algorithms that were delivered through a Java back-end supported by sizeable data feeds. GLOBAL WEB WORKS (1996-1998) Co-founder, CEO Internet commerce site development: provided market analysis, developed business strategies, and constructed web catalog sites using on-line database ordering systems (Microsoft Commerce Server using SQL and WebCatalog using Access, NetObjects Fusion, Java, also developed custom secured encryption methods).
